MANITOWOC COUNTY – June can only mean one things in Wisconsin. Throughout the month, counties across the state host Breakfast on the Farm events as a way for people to experience life on a farm and develop an appreciation for local agriculture.
Manitowoc County is celebrating 25 years of Breakfast on the Farm at D & D Jerseys in Newton today.
The festivities run from 8 a.m. to noon.
In addition to breakfast, families can get up close and personal with farm animals, meet the 67th Alice in Dairlyand, Zoey Brooks, get a tour of the farm, and take part in the Dairy Dash Run/Walk.
Admission is $7 for adults and $4 for kids ages 5 to 10. Children under 4 are free.
FOX 11′s Pauleen Le spent the morning checking out this year’s celebration.
