Four charged in Oconto Falls meth case

OCONTO – Four people have been charged in connection with a meth bust last week.

Ashley Van Norman, 22, faces seven felony counts. Wendy Pogrant, 51, faces seven felony counts. Nicholas Block, 28, faces seven felony counts. Joseph Anderson, 24, faces six felony counts. Charges against each include methamphetamine possession and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

All made initial court appearances Wednesday in Oconto County court. Block and Anderson are being held on $150,000 cash bonds, while bail for Van Norman and Pogrant was set at $100,000 cash. All return to court Thursday for the balance of the initial appearance.

The charges follow a May 28 search of a residence on Birch Avenue in Oconto Falls.
