WATERTOWN, Wis. (AP) – Police say the woman found dead in a parking lot in Watertown was a homicide victim.
Authorities say the body of 28-year-old Heather Stewart was found in her vehicle Friday in the parking lot of a former grocery store. No one is in custody and police won’t say how Stewart died. She was last seen on May 28 in Clyman.
WKOW-TV reports Watertown Police Chief Tim Roets says the homicide was not a random act and that the general public is not at risk.
