Grilled Vegetables with Sriracha Mayo

grilled veggies


An assortment of zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, red onion, sliced at least a quarter inch thick

1 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

¼ cup lemon juice

3 teaspoons of Italian herbs

Toss all ingredients together and mix well. Grill veggies over high heat. Serve with Sarachi Mayo.

Sriracha Mayo:

3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon Sriracha style chili sauce

1 teaspoon lemon/lime juice

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
