Steak and Veggie Kabobs


2 to 3 pound beef tenderloin or sirloin steak, cut into 2 inch pieces

3 to 4 peppers (red, green, yellow) cut into 2 inch pieces

1 red onion, cut into 2 inch pieces

1 1/2 cups your favorite bottled Italian salad dressing, plus extra for basting Skewers


Thread beef cubes and veggies onto skewers. Place in a glass dish. Pour dressing over the top. Turn kabobs to coat. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for up to 8 hours. Grill kabobs, brushing with extra dressing, until steak is done to your liking.
