Poppyseed Quick Bread


Ingredients:

1 Yellow cake mix

1 3-oz pkg instant coconut pudding

1/4 cup poppyseeds

4 eggs

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup vegetable oil (Can replace with 1 1/2 cup flax meal)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 bread loaf pans. Mix all ingredients together. Divide batter equally into loaf pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
