OCONTO – A Neenah man will stand trial in a fatal drunk driving case.
Zachary Romnek was ordered to stand trial after a preliminary hearing Tuesday, according to online court records. He’s charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and knowingly operating with a suspended license for the March 29 crash which killed Thornton Gressler of Bonduel.
Court documents claim Romnek was drinking before he lost control of his truck in Oconto County and hit a tree.
Romnek’s arraignment is June 4.
