2-3 racks pork ribs
1 large bottle BBQ sauce
2 tsp garlic seasoning
2 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
2 tsp Emeril’s original essence seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Cut racks of ribs into 3-4 pieces per rack. Place ribs in boiling water and boil about 20 minutes. Remove ribs from water and place ribs in 13 x 9 pans with about 1 1/2 inches of water on bottom of pan. Season each rack of ribs with seasonings listed above. Cover pans with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours until tender. Then place on grill and brown. Baste with BBQ sauce right before serving.
