Avoiding running injuries


We’re about 5 weeks away from the Bellin Run- and if you’re training – we have some tips for you.

Common injuries range from runner’s knee and shin splints, to stress fractures and tendonitis.

To prevent these injuries, wear proper footwear, start your training slowly and maintain a healthy diet and rest.

If you do experience these injuries, the best thing to do is rest, modify your activity and recondition.
