APPLETON – A jury convicted a man of sexually assaulting and strangling his wife multiple times over a period of years.
David Dudas was convicted of 30 of the 31 charges filed against him. He will be sentenced July 17, according to online court records.
Dudas’ wife accused him of raping, beating and strangling her to the point where her face was covered with blood. She told police she thought she was going to die. Dudas claimed while rough, the interactions were consensual.
After the verdict was read, bond was revoked and Dudas was taken into custody.
