Dijon Deviled Eggs


6 eggs, hard boiled, peeled

1/4 cup mayo

2 tbsp extra strong dijon mustard

1 tsp paprika

salt/pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped chives

2 oz crumbled bacon


Cut eggs in half. Place yolks in food processor. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, and salt/pepper. Process until smooth. Spoon yolk mixture into center of white. Display on serving platter. Garnish with chives and bacon.
