ALLOUEZ – Plans for an apartment complex to replace one destroyed by fire will be reviewed by the village Plan Commission Monday.
The 74-unit Hilltop Place Apartments were destroyed by fire in May. The complex was later razed and the site remains vacant.
The site’s owner, Hillcrest Homes, proposed a 48-unit apartment complex to Allouez officials in December, but it unanimously voted to delay any action and asked for some changes to the plans.
Those revised plans for what’s now labelled as the Village View Apartments will be presented Monday, according to the Plan Commission agenda. The meeting is at 6:30pm at the Village Hall, 1900 Libal St.
