Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette with Basil


1 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cups olive oil/salad oil
1/2 tsp  ground mustard
1/2 cup water
4 leaves of chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste


Add the vinegar and mustard to your blender cup. On medium speed slowly add in the oil. As you get to the end of the oil your vinaigrette may become thick, use the water as needed to thin your dressing. Stir in the chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
