Pauleen Le is at 35th and Oregon in the Oshkosh area.
She says most vehicles can now pass through the high water, but others are finding a different route.
Winnebago County officials told her these conditions are expected this time of year and there isn’t much they can do about the road conditions.
Crews are out salting the slippery areas and clearing ditches to help alleviate the street flooding.
Officials expect the water to slowly subside, and all they can do is wait.

Our crew is at 35th and Oregon in the Oshkosh area.
While there is flooding, some vehicles are going through the water while others aren’t chancing it.

We have a crew checking out these areas. They tell us the on and off ramps are now open from Highway 41 at 9th Street.
Our crew also says 20th Avenue from Georgia to Delaware is open.
Our crew is now checking out the other flooded areas.
OSHKOSH- Some roads in Oshkosh have been closed because of flooding.
Here’s a list of closures as of 5 a.m. Monday:
The on and off ramps are closed in each direction from Highway 41 at 9th Street.
20th Avenue from Georgia to Delaware.
South Washburn is closed from 9th to Dickinson.
And the intersection of 35th Avenue and Oregon is also closed.
