GREEN BAY – The Woods Golf Club in Green Bay is open for the season!
Not only are folks able to golf, they are also able to enjoy some delicious food and drink at The Blitz at The Woods.
FOX 11′s Emily was joined by some of the folks at The Woods Gold Club to talk about the course, some menu items and a new bloody mary bar.
Chipotle Tuna Wrap Ingredients – 1 Yellowfin Tuna Steak (approx. 6 oz.) – 12″ Flour Tortilla (Herb/Garlic Flavored Preferred) – 1/4 c. Lettuce, Shredded – 1 T. Freshly Diced Tomatoes – 2 T. Shredded Cheese (Cheddar & Monterey Jack) – 1 oz. Yellow Onion, Sliced (About 1/4-1/2 of a regular sized onion) – 1 Serving of Chipotle Mayo (1T. mayonnaise & 1 t. ground chipotle, mixed until well combined) – 1 t. McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Season the tuna liberally. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare, depending on thickness of the tuna steak, or until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees. Heat the flour tortilla in the microwave, oven or griddle until soft and pliable. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and onions to the center of the tortilla. Top with chipotle mayo. When tuna is done, slice thinly and place atop the other ingredients. Wrap tightly and cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
