OCONTO – A 19-year-old Neenah man is charged in a deadly drunken driving crash in Oconto County.
Zachary Romnek faces one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle for the crash which killed Thornton Gressler, 19, of Bonduel.
It happened early Saturday morning on County Highway W in the town of Riverview.
According to the criminal complaint, Romnek was drunk when he lost control of his pickup truck and hit a tree.
Gressler died at the scene.
Romnek posted a $5,000 cash bond. He is scheduled back in court next week.
