GREEN BAY – Green Bay’s city council is appealing to the state supreme court when it comes to a lawsuit against the city.
It has to do with an Oneida Seven Generations’ waste-to-energy plant that was never actually built.
The city council initially approved the project, before changing its mind.
Earlier this month, the state appeals court ruled the city was wrong in making that decision.
They city’s attorney would not say why they are appealing.
A spokesperson for the Oneida Tribe says they have no comment.
