ASHWAUBENON – Delta Air Lines is adding a second non-stop flight between Austin Straubel and Atlanta starting Tuesday.

It’s been less than a year since Delta started the first service, and airport officials say the demand has been strong with flights often booked to capacity.

The first non-stop flight will continue to leave Austin Straubel daily at 6:00 a.m., arriving in Atlanta at 9:17 a.m. In the evening, the flight departs Atlanta at 7:07 p.m. and returns at 8:25 p.m.

The new, second non-stop flight will depart Atlanta at 3:18 p.m. daily, arriving at Austin Straubel at 4:39 p.m. The flight will then depart at 5:15 p.m., returning to Atlanta at 8:25 p.m.

A 65-passenger jet with in-flight Wi-Fi will be used for the flights. Passengers will have a choice of purchasing coach, economy plus or first class tickets.
