Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:

For Crust:
9 oz flour
6 oz butter
3 oz ice water
pinch of salt and onion powder
Cut in the butter to the flour then stir in water, knead into a ball, rest for 15 minutes before rolling out. Roll out and place into a pie plate, fill with parchment paper and fill with baking beans or pie weights. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the parchment and weights.
For the Filling:
7 eggs, beaten
1 qt heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups three cheese blend
2 cups diced turkey, diced
2 cup assorted vegetables, chopped
Place the turkey in the shell, cover with the veggies then the cheese. Slowly pour the custard in until full, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
