Parmesan Butter Crust

1 lb softened butter

3 Tbsp minced garlic

2 cups grated parmesan

2 cups fresh white bread crumbs

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley


In a medium bowl mix all ingredients until incorporated. roll in parchment paper, and refrigerate. cut into 1/4 inch slices, top your favorite cooked meat blast in a 400 degree oven until golden brown.
