Chicken n’ Waffles
2 Belgian Waffles
2 All white meat chicken breast tenders (about 2 ounces)
2 Slices Applewood double smoked bacon
1 ounce maple dijonnaise
1 slice cheddar cheese
6 ounces sweet potato fries
Take one Belgian waffle and use as sandwich base. Put 2 fully cooked chicken tenders on top of waffle base. Add 2 slices of bacon on top of the chicken tenders. Cover bacon and chicken tenders in maple dijonnaise. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Serve with a side of sweet potato fries. Dust the fries with a cinnamon/sugar mixture and top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Three Little Pigs
5 ounces pulled pork
3 ounces BBQ sauce
2 slices of applewood double smoked bacon
2 ounces of pork rinds
1 4 inch hamburger roll
6 ounces Sidewinder fries
Place the 5 ounces of pulled pork in a frying pan, add in BBQ sauce until well mixed. Once warm, place pork on bun. Top pork with bacon, and pork rinds, and place the top of the bun on the sandwich. Served with 6 ounces of sidewinder French fries.
