GREEN BAY – The Irish eyes were out in full force Saturday morning in Green Bay for some pre-Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations.
It might be two days early, but that’s OK!
From music to dancers, there was plenty to see at the Saint Patrick’s Day Spirit parade in downtown Green Bay.
The parade started at around 11:00 behind the Nicolet Bank building and proceeded down the Fox River Trail to the City Deck.
“Saint Patrick’s Day is something I’ve always celebrated for years and years and years, and its just a lot of fun. Even though I’m Polish, I still like the Irish festivities,” said Gerry Schoenfeldt of De Pere.
This is the 5th year for the event.
