Chicken Sausage Pasta Salad


12 oz pasta of choice

1 lb organic spinach and feta chicken sausage

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese

1/4 cup chopped black olives, drained

1/4 cup flavored balsamic vinegar


Cook pasta on stove until desired texture. Chop chicken sausage and tomatoes. Pour (or scoop with a spider) into bowl, if some pasta water gets in the bowl, that is great. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Serve warm or chilled!
