The Green Bay Phoenix men’s basketball team hit 20 wins Thursday with a 71-40 win over Youngstown State.

The Phoenix were led by 24 points from center Alec Brown, who also had four rebounds, which made him the university’s all-time Division I rebound leader with 768 on his career. They also got 14 from Keifer Sykes as they ran their record to 20-5 on the season.

Speaking of records, the Phoenix also set the league record for single-season blocks, finishing the game with 185 blocks, passing Youngstown State’s 182 set two seasons ago.

Green Bay now travels to Cleveland State for a Saturday game.  The Vikings are just one game behind the Phoenix in the Horizon League.
