MILWAUKEE – Since we can’t do much about the winter weather, some have let their creativity take over. And in a Milwaukee neighborhood, one man’s snowy ice sculpture is creating quite a stir.
The 30 foot tall ice formation was taken down in Bay View earlier Wednesday morning.
It took weeks to construct and could be seen from Interstate 794.
It caught the attention of drivers and also the local officials who said it had to be taken down for safety.
The Department of Neighborhood Services says the ice sculptor might receive a citation because the work was on public property without permission.
