Homemade Coffee Creamers

Vanilla Cream

½ cup Lamers Dairy heavy whipping cream

½ cup Lamers Dairy half & half

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 teaspoons sugar

Put Lamers Dairy heavy whipping cream, half & half and sugar in a blender for ten seconds. Pour mixture in a small sauce pan and heat until warm.  Remove from the heat.  When cool add vanilla.  Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.

 Almond Cream

½ cup Lamers Dairy heavy whipping cream

½ cup Lamers Dairy half & half

½ cup toasted sliced almonds

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Put Lamers Dairy heavy whipping cream, half & half, toasted almonds and sugar in a blender for 10-15 seconds.  Pour mixture into a small sauce pan and heat until warm.  Remove the pan from heat, cover and let flavor from almonds infuse into liquid for at least 15 minutes.  Strain and then add vanilla. Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.

Chocolate Cinnamon Cream

½ cup Lamers Dairy heavy whipping cream

½ cup Lamers Dairy half & half

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons sugar

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Put Lamers Dairy heavy whipping cream, half & half, cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon in a blender for ten seconds. Heat in a small saucepan to facilitate blending and infusing of flavors.  When cool add vanilla. Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.
