MANITOWOC – The man accused in the hit-and-run crash in which a newspaper delivery driver got lodged in a windshield made his initial court appearance Monday.
Jamie Hang returns to court Feb. 19 on four charges, including first-degree recklessly endangering safety. He was released on a signature bond.
Investigators say Hang was driving home last month when he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a man riding his 3-wheel bicycle. The man ended up lodged in the windshield. Police say Hang drove home, with the victim still in the windshield. The man was not seriously hurt.
