Jamie Hang, 20, faces four counts, including first-degree recklessly endangering safety and hit & run. An initial appearance is scheduled for Monday in Manitowoc County Circuit Court.

Steven Gove was driving his cycle on Jan. 25, when he struck from behind by a vehicle. He ended up lodged in the windshield. Gove says the driver, allegedly Hang, kept driving to the suspect’s house. That’s when Gove got out, and walked away. Neither man suffered serious injuries.
