Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients:

1 loaf French bread  soft crust

1 cup mascarpone cheese

2 bananas sliced

6 eggs

1 1/2 cups cream

2 teaspoons cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Oil

Directions:

Cut French bread into 1 ½ in slices then cut a slot in the middle of each one put in a generous table spoon of mascarpone into each slice then put some banana slice into each piece, dip into batter and place on griddle  and cook for about  5 minute then flip and cook on reverse side for 5 minutes , remove from griddle and sprinkle with powder sugar  serve with warm maple syrup
