GREEN BAY – A man accused of robbing a convenience store, and was later arrested while visiting someone at the Brown County Jail, pleaded not guilty Monday.
Jarred Zeise is charged with armed robbery and obstruction for the Dec. 22 incident. Trial is scheduled for March 12.
Brown County sheriff’s officials say the Webster Shell gas station was robbed that Sunday morning. Not long after, deputies saw a similar vehicle at the Brown County jail work release center. They say the stolen items were found inside the SUV. Zeise, the registered owner of the vehicle, was inside the visiting section of the building, where he was arrested.
