There’s plenty to see and do during the winter months at the Green Bay Botanical Garden.

Good Day Wisconsin featured a number of aspects of the Garden during Thursday’s Good Day Wisconsin.
Jackie Johnson will be a part of the upcoming Soup with Substance program.  Attendees can hike, showshoe or blaze their own skiing trail through the Garden.  Then head indoors for homemade soup, bread and dessert.  The garden topic for the event on January 31 is “herbal remedies for winter”.
Another featured event coming up at the Garden is an Intro to smartphone photography class, taught by Marc Amenson of Amenson Studio.  You can get the latest tips and tricks to take photos that are the envy of your social media friends.  The class is January 30 from 6 – 7 p.m.  Pre-registration is required by calling the Green Bay Botanical Garden at (920) 490-9457.
A fun event coming up next month is the Winter Family Festival.  Planned for Saturday, February 8 from 10 – 2 p.m., enjoy Olympic-themed games, crafts and activities for every age.
