Italian Sausage Fettuccine recipe from Josephine’s.
4 links sweet Italian sausage
1/4 lb baby spinach
2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped or diced
1 or 2 garlic cloves,chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb of pasta of choice
salt and pepper to taste
cook your pasta until al dente.
As the pasta gets close to finishing, put your oil in a fry pan and cook up the sausage, when almost done add the garlic and tomatoes.
When that is all cooked put your hot pasta on top of it and put your salt and pepper on the pasta. Then add the spinach and toss it all to mix it and serve. Makes four servings.
